2. open dev tools and enter --> Object.values(document.querySelector("video").textTracks)

an empty array is returned

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: n/a
OS Version: ubuntu 14.04.5

works on other chrome platform browsers - mac/windows/iOS

by the way, using [].slice.call(document.querySelector("video").textTracks) does work (thanks for John from JWPlayer for checking)
