Issue descriptionThe launcher searchbox janks when dragged and released slightly below peeking height, from peeking state.

Maybe a pre-requisite for this is to animate the paralax animation. This would make it much easier.

We did not do that because the parallex animation is expensive, but after blur improvement, it may worth a try.
