security_StatefulPermissions fails due to files in /mnt/stateful_partition/home/.shadow/

Issue description

In the tricky-chrome-pfq run at https://cros-goldeneye.corp.google.com/chromeos/healthmonitoring/buildDetails?buildbucketId=8928055303832654848, security_StatefulPermissions failed with "Unexpected files/perms in stateful".

I'm planning to delete this Autotest soon after adding the security.StatefulFiles Tast test to the CQ (https://crrev.com/c/1348614). I need to commit https://crrev.com/c/1362080 before that can happen.

The Tast test already handles this directory properly.
Thanks for the update! I noticed that the reviewer of https://crrev.com/c/1348614 is OOO, so I think it's worthwhile for me to do a bisect to find out why the test fails, before it's deleted.. 
No objections to fixing security_StatefulPermissions -- thanks!

(That change already has a +2, but I probably won't submit it until tomorrow at the earliest.)

The files that the test is complaining is from drivefs:
ault/user/GCache/v2/

V2 here means drivefs.

Since we reverted DriveFS enabled by default it should fix this test too:
