This randomly happens when I visit certain external sites. If I go to delta.com this happens and it makes it difficult to book travel for my job. Very frustrating experience as this happens randomly so I have to think twice if a client sends me a link to their dealer site so tha tI don't lose anything open that I am working on. Even if I restart chrome and restore pages I have to quickly cose the external tab before it loads so that I can keep my other tabs open.
I have gone to techstop 3 or 4 times for this and nothing seems to fix it
If this is a regression (i.e., worked before), please consider using the
bisect tool (https://www.chromium.org/developers/bisect-builds-py) to help
us identify the root cause and more rapidly triage the issue.
