User unable to connect to wifi at home

Chrome Version       : 	70.0.3538.110
Chromebook Version   :  Google_Hana.8438.140.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect to wifi at home and no connect

What is the expected result?
Chromebook will go online

What happens instead?
Chromebook does not go online

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Home wifi is the Five5kids! SSID

Attached logs from CB. I don't have full details but the chromelog analyzer insisted that I file a bug report because of the NOTREACHED() errors
