Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version #70.0.3538.110 using Windows 7 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Opened random pages and scrolled down the pages. 3.Unable to see any black boxes or rectangle parts of page duplicating into other parts. Note: Tried with "wesley.saf.com" site, but it showed an error 403. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please review attached screencast and let us know if anything is being missed here. Requesting retry the issue by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions in it, reset all flags to default and let us know if issue still exists. Thanks.!

This seems like a lack of GPU memory? Does it happen on only one computer? |
