my images wont open.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.my pictures
2. downloads and documents gone
3. I found them on msn but they wont open

What is the expected behavior?
I cant go to recovery. Computer doesn't recognize me.  

What went wrong?
Cant access my home page or storage

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Reporter@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 70.0.3538.110 and latest Canary 73.0.3630.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and downloaded few images/documents from Chrome and drive.
2. The images/documents got downloaded successfully and can view them on the Downloads of the system.

Request you to provide the exact details of the issue observed, which will help in further triaging.
Also a screen cast of the issue and steps to reproduce the issue will be helpful in better understanding of the issue.
