Regression: Error is seen on audit records in devtools.

Chrome Version:73.0.3630.0 (Official Build) 4e0c28599deef67a295ba4ecd2e0180a4b5157e0-refs/branch-heads/3630@{#1}(32/64 bit)

OS:  Win(7,8,8.1,10) OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and open devtools on NTP.
2.Go to audit section and run audit.
3.Observe.

Actual  : Error is seen on audit records in devtools.
Expected: Error should not be seen on audit records in devtools.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-73’ and soon update other bisect information:
Good Build: 73.0.3629.0
Bad Build : 73.0.3630.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 612643 (known good), but no later than 612644 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

My CL only pertains to Chrome OS and ui_devtools (inspecting native views ui, not web content), so I highly doubt it could cause this.

I don't understand the bisect info in comment #1 at all. Can someone else perform another bisect?
(1) The CL and positions cited are not in the range from the initial report (73.0.3629.0 - 73.0.3630.0 == #612973 - #613368)

(2) My #613278 is not even between the "612643 (known good)" and "612644 (first known bad)" [incorrect?] range from comment #1

Also, FWIW, the audit passes on google.com with ToT linux-chromeos at #613596.
When I open the audit page on the NTP, the "Run audits" button is disabled with error:
'Can only audit HTTP/HTTPS pages and Chrome extensions. Navigate to a different page to start an audit.'

Can't repro. The start audits button is disabled for the new tab page.
