Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open new tab 2. click on 'add icon' button 3. put https://www.mutantbox.com/play/index?game_id=4&server_id=12310129 in the name of page field. What is the expected behavior? I expected when I open new tab and start panel appears with icons, I can add icons in start panel. But it seems only developers know how works their shitcode! What went wrong? How to add user chrome label in new chrome versions. It seems that the developers intentionally mock users! I cannot input new URL or select the page I want to be in Start Panel. User Interface is just a mockery. Opera's Interface is much more friendly to users. If you cannot do it, just copy and paste!!! Did this work before? Reporter@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 70.0.3538.110 and the latest Canary 73.0.3630.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. launched Chrome and opened a new tab page. 2. Clicked on the 'Add Shortcut' button and pasted the above given URL in name and URL fields. 3. Opened a new tab page and can find the icon. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..
