It seems that GCA does not find more than one camera. Could you provide more details about the device you test so that I could try to find the same device to reproduce this issue on my side. Thanks.

The only scenario I can think of is: Android camera framework fails to detect an external camera. This happens occasionally, and usually replugging the external camera works.
