Investigate test failure on rendering.oopd suite performance bots |

Issue descriptionI'm investigating test failure on rendering.oopd suite running on our perf bot. https://ci.chromium.org/p/chrome/builders/luci.chrome.ci/linux-perf-fyi?limit=100 There are no tests that are consistently failing. All tests are failing in this suite: rendering.oopd.desktop. Fady, can you help triage?

It looks like rendering.oopd.desktop is timing out, the failing shards seem to be missing from luci. We don't need to run rendering.oopd.desktop or rendering.oopd.mobile anymore because the real perf bots run with OOP-D now. I'll remove both benchmarks.

OOP-D is on by default for perf bots on Linux and Android so the rendering.oopd.desktop and rendering.oopd.mobile benchmarks are no longer needed. Stop running the benchmarks on FYI perf bots and remove the benchmark.
