Thanks for looking into it. In fact you, as the owner of the website in question, are in the unique position to check your logs to see what happened. Just look for the User-Agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 8.0.0; ASUS_Z012DA) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/73.0.3629.0 Mobile Safari/537.36" with IP from Taiwan, just before I filed this bug. That's what got me the big odd HTTP 400 error message from chrome. And you will see I was able to successfully file the bug with "Mozilla/5.0 (Android 8.0.0; Mobile; rv:65.0a1) Gecko/65.0a1 Firefox/65.0a1" (Actually I have filed a few duplicate bugs of this over the years, but none finally got any attention. I will find them and ask you to merge them once this is fixed. Thanks.) Maybe related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=152462

This should be filed as a monorail bug (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/monorail/issues/list). The Chrome network stack team has no familiarity with the web server used for this site, or what logs it does or does not keep.
