Always allow user to see simplified page even if prompt is removed by him

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. User hits the X on the "show simplified view" prompt on the bottom of a page. 2. User scrolls down and soon realizes that he really regrets it and really wants to see the simplified view. You can't blame him because he just was looking at the beginning of the page and he didn't realize the big problems. 3. User desperately looks for a way to now see the simplified View, but even in settings it's just not available anymore. He is forced to do the ridiculous action of having to hit the refresh button to pull the whole page in again, just to get that show simplified page prompt again so he can click it. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The user only has one opportunity to view the simplified page, unless he wants to keep that prompt blocking the screen while he's browsing the whole article. Did this work before? From the description this seems to be a feature request, hence marking as Untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks!
