Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Chrome Remote Desktop
2. Connect to a remote machine
3. Press Search+Up arrow

What is the expected behavior?
The remote Linux machine sees Search+Up.

What went wrong?
It sees PageUp.  So now I can't use Search/Windows key as a separate shortcut.  Ditto Windows key with left, right, and down.

If I were on a keyboard with no dedicated Page Up key, it could be useful.  But at a minimum there should be a way to disable it.  (Ideally, Chromebooks would come with those keys, but that's a different discussion.)
