AXtreeSourceAura forms a cycle when re-serializing the views tree

Issue description

- enable chromeVox while running features=SingleProcessMash
- toggle ChromeVox off
- toggle ChromeVox on again

result:
The AXTreeSourceAura and AutomationManagerAura classes hit an error in serialization. Two aura::Window's point to the same native widget.
