Preconditions: Nothing in the notification shade. No incognito tabs open.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a new incognito tab.

"Close all incognito tabs" icon appears in notification shade.

(2) Pull down notification shade.
(3) Tap "Close all incognito tabs" item.

What is the expected result?

"Close all incognito tabs" icon disappears from notification shade.

What happens instead?

"Close all incognito tabs" icon remains in notification shade as an icon. It only disappears after pulling down the notification shade.

Not sure if this is a Chrome bug or Android bug, since this is on a new phone.
