Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11021.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11021.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel auron_yuna Steps to reproduce the problem: Headphones Used: (Experience no issues with any other Bluetooth devices other than Chromebook) Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II SoundSport Free wireless headphones SoundSport wireless headphones Hardware Reset? Yes Powerwash/Factory Reset? Yes Have you tried restarting your router? Yes Are there any other devices connected to the router that are exhibiting the same issues? No Issues with any other devices Attempted other Channels? Yes, all 3 with same result What is the expected behavior? Bluetooth to function properly and work seamlessly. What went wrong? For the past several months, Bluetooth continues to disconnect from several different devices after a few minutes. After several attempts to reconnect, Bluetooth discontinues to function at all until I reboot and the same cycle repeats again. I have been monitoring and scrounging the forums for the past few months and this similar scenario is presented numerous times however, I never seem to find where a true solution is provided. It has gotten to the point that I have to use an external Bluetooth receiver and plug it to the Chromebook to get audio (which works with no problem when I do this btw). This really should not be the answer to the issue and is a work around for the problem. I have done most of the troubleshooting from previous posts and ruled out other device hardware issues, it is limited to the Chromebook. Thank you in advance for your help in truly resolving this matter. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: n/a OS Version: 11021.81.0 Flash Version: 31.0.0.148 |
