What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Go to chrome://settings/smbShares
(2)click on 'Add File Share' >> Enter some random text in File share URL
(3)click on Add button and observe

Actual: On clicking on Add button, weird behaviour is seen such as :
(a)Text entered in File share URL field get copy to Display name field
(b)Add File Share overlay remains open and Add button is also seen enabled even after invalid error message occurs.

Expected: No such weird behavior should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same works fine in M-71 beta
