Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Print file from document with GCP Driver 2. Select 1 page from GCP window 3. The print job get error PWG What is the expected behavior? The print job must be successful What went wrong? Print job has failed Did this work before? No Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8) Flash Version: On other printer with GCP 2.0 it's working fine, on my Xerox Phaser 3020 I have GCP 1.0

Questions: a) Does it matter what document you try to print? Do they all fail? b) If you go to https://www.google.com/cloudprint, press the "PRINT" button on the left, and upload a document for printing, does that work?

Hi thestig, a) I primarily print excel files, I also tried pdfs am jpegs but I found a trick and if I only select the first page to print, I get like 80% success rate. b) If I manually select files from "PRINT" button there are no changes, issue remains. Thank you!

alin.ciovica@ Thanks for the issue. As this issue needs a printer to test and confirm the issue, this setup is not available at TE end for further triaging. Hence adding 'TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD' label and requesting Inhouse team to help further in this issue. Thanks.. |
