No crostini option in the settings on chell

Repro steps:
1. visit settings
2. expand advanced


Expected: Linux/Beta
Actual: Nothing

Crostini won't show up in the options if it's prohibited by a device policy. Could you go to chrome://policy and check the value of VirtualMachinesAllowed, CrostiniAllowed, and (if you're trying to set this up on a non-primary account) DeviceUnaffiliatedCrostiniAllowed?

The policy is enabled, and I'm trying this in my primary account. I filed feedback with #crostini. This is a chell, does that explain it?

Summary: No crostini option in the settings on chell (was: No crostini option in the settings)
please see the documentation for currently supported devices:
  https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/docs/+/master/containers_and_vms.md#supported

if it's not in that list, it's not currently supported.
