Assistant alarm goes off and can not be shut off after the notification is swiped away

Platform: slate

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set a 25 min timer on the assistant. 
2. Let the alarm go off, swipe away the notification.

What is the expected behavior?
Alarm stops.

What went wrong?
Alarm continues for a while. I had to log in/out to make it stop.

Did this work before? N/A
