Looking at the logs for the rota-ng.appspot.com instance I get some 404s for trooper.js.  

Saw this on the weekend so didn't have any access to the prod environment but my theory is that when fixing http://b/118075231 I broke the legacy trooper files. 

This due to them having a format with the oncallers in the description.
