Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Reboot computer 2. Open Chrome 3. Disable every unwanted individual extension (up to 8) What is the expected behavior? All unwanted and disable extension will NOT be pushed/forced to my Chrome browser, EVER. What went wrong? Unwanted and disabled extensions continue to be forced to my Chrome browser EVERY time I open it. WebStore page: Unknown Did this work before? No Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: I'm sick to death of having to complain over and over and over and over and over about NOT wanting extensions and to have you STOP FORCING THEM ON ME. When will you do something about it???? I can always stop using both Chrome and Gmail. Is that REALLY what I'm forced to do?

Thanks for filing the issue! @Reporter: Could you please try below mentioned steps to create a new profile which solves the issue mentioned in comment#0. 1. Go to chrome://settings/ 2. Click on "Manage other people" 3. Click "Add Person" button -> "Add" Now You can only see a default extension/app(s) provided by Google Chrome under Chrome://extensions. Please let us know if that helped.
