Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Opened my Chromebook
2. Received a OS verification screen in Japanese
3. Welcome to Chromebook screen and all data was gone

What went wrong?
I have been have a ton of issues with Chromebook in general. Sometimes my documents will not save losing hours of work, other times I cannot access many feature of Canvas for school. Tonight when I opened my Chromebook I got a strange screen for OS verification in another language that prompted a "ctrl + d." When I did this it welcomed me to my Chromebook and all my data is gone.
