Steps:
# Add a new user on a Chromebook that supports assistant, I used Eve
# Navigate to the Assistant settings screen, see screenshot for example
# Press tab to navigate between the switches
Expected: Tab moves from one control to the next
Actual: between each control, pressing tab brings you nowhere with no focus. There appear to be a few un-focusable items in the tab order, making this page hard to navigate.
