🍏 Make the fakebox open animation one motion and quicker

When tapping fakebox, omnibox animation is two stages (up, then left). This should be merged into a single animation if possible. The pre-M69 animation was one motion and felt quicker.

I would like all animations (Omnibox width + y-position, placeholder label x-position, cancel control x-position + opacity) to run concurrently so as to create a single transition, rather than the staggered (or two-part) one we have today.

As an example that illustrates some of what I'm after, please focus the searchfield in Settings.app.
