Steps to repro:
# Enable docked magnifier with ctrl + search + d 
# Launch the Chrome Remote Desktop app
# Press the button for "Share", note that as it expands the Cancel button moves offscreen
Expected: way to exit this dialog 
Actual: no way to exit without turning off magnifier. Pressing esc does not close the dialog.
