Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect to an authenticated proxy (With user and password required) 2. Open a new incognito Window 3. Open a URL (Credentials for the proxy window will appear) 4. Presh the reload button. What is the expected behavior? Go to blank page, or reconnect What went wrong? The whole browser closes (crashes), including the non-incognito windows. Crashed report ID: yes How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Tested on two computers with the latest chrome version. Windows 7 and Windows 10.
