Steps to reproduce the problem:

i format my PC and download Chrome , but there is problem,

Every page that i try to search or open chrome load it slow and even drop some error load time.

i can fix the load only if i click on WinKey several times or Open Explorer and then suddenly the chrome open the page.

(if i don't do those things the page will load and ill receive load error)

i tried everything....

*reset chrome setting

*reinstall

*delete the profile folder in the PC (chrome)

*change my setting of the network

*delete cache and history 

*everything that peoples type in the internet

*send chrome bug report - doesn't get any response from them .

*windows 10 bug fix - doesn't help 

*ssd install 

*update chrome

*incognito search - same problem

*chrome dev version - same problem

*Delete Extensions 

*virus scan / firewall check / chrome malware scan - i don't have any viruses or malwares 

*and more...

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
more then  month that i post the problem in two Chrome Chats issues and no one help...
