Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://www.synconaltd.com/investors/rns-and-inside-information/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a page with an embedded iframe, which contains an HTML <select> element 2. Click on the <select> element to display the dropdown <option> or <optgroup> elements What is the expected behavior? The dropdown displays below the <select> element. The dropdown element is the same width as its parent <select> element, and the text within is also bound to the same width. What went wrong? When viewed on certain displays, such as external monitors, the text within the dropdown element will render offset inside of the element. Additionally, the dropdown element will seemingly be rendered from the top of the <select> element, not the top. Switching focus to another tab within the same browser window, and then switching back, will fix the problem. It only occurs on initial page load. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3538.102 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Sounds like bug 886611. Is this reproducible if chrome://flags/#site-isolation-trial-opt-out is "Opt-out"?

Hi woxxom, If that flag is set, the dropdown renders correctly.
