Issue descriptionChrome Version:72.0.3625.0 (Official Build) Revision 2c59a8a07afb8b11354406e63270d1cbeb582c47-refs/branch-heads/3625@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6, 10.14.2) & Linux(14.04 LTS) OS. Theme URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/blue-rose/bkofacaddcdfbpmghnlpdgdeienflcoh?hl=en What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and click on 'ADD TO CHROME' button. (2) After applying theme, observe the tab-strip. Actual Result : Separator line is seen over tab strip area after applying theme. Expected Result: Separator line should be seen below tab strip area after applying theme. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-69', below is the chromium bisect info: Good Build:69.0.3472.0(Revision:569949) Bad Build :69.0.3473.0(Revision:570288) You are probably looking for a change made after 570216 (known good), but no later than 570235 (first known bad).
