Regression: Email id of person is not seen under Avatar icon.

Chrome Version:72.0.3626.0 (Official Build) Revision	edf89be4ed3da140d2558a9a575ca0e6da65e5de-refs/branch-heads/3626@{#1}(64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2), Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10) and Linux (14.04 LTS)


Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and Sign in chrome with valid credentials.
2. Click on Avatar icon and Observe.

Actual Result   : Email id of person is not seen under Avatar icon.
Expected Result : Email id of person should be seen under Avatar icon.

This is a regression issue broken in M-72 and below is the will soon inform bisect information:
Good Build : 72.0.3625.0
Bad Build :  72.0.3626.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 612169 (known good), but no later than 612170 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Thank you for the report, this is very useful.
This is caused by my change, and is the same root issue as  bug 910494 .
