Deflake dirRenameWithoutChangingCurrent

Change test |dirRenameWithoutChangingCurrent| to use helper function
|expandTreeItemInDirectoryTree| which waits for the expansion action
to finish, the helper used previously didn't expect the expansion to
finish which was causing flakiness.
