Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Copy hyperlinked text (eg. from a Word document) 2. Paste into a google doc 3. Text is pasted but Hyperlink is removed What is the expected behavior? The hyperlink is copied over What went wrong? the hyperlink is lost Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes don't know Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Works as intended in same test document in other browsers (tested in Firefox and Edge) and an older version of Chrome

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.110 using Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched chrome 2. Copied text which is hyper linked. 3. Tried pasting it in a google doc We were able to see the text pasted along with the hyperlink. Attaching the screen shot of the same. @Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screenshot and test steps, please let us know if anything is being missed from our end. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful. |
