Site Settings UI displays IDN as punycode

Steps to repro:
1- Go to an IDN (e.g. http://music.я.wiki)
2- Open the page info bubble and click site settings

The settings page shows the domain name as punycode.

(Not sure if the root cause of this is the same as bug 718375, if so, we should merge this)

I also raised this in Issue 818839, and patricialor@ mentioned that this might get fixed during the revamp of desktop site settings.
