Issue descriptionChrome Version : 70.0.3538.110 OS Version: 11021.81.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Set up remote debugging for ChromeOS, and allow developer tools for all apps, for all users (including public kiosks) 2. Run app in kiosk mode 3. SSH to remote debugging port, open extension/app links, observe console output. What is the expected result? The app's console.log outputs should appear under console in the dev tools What happens instead of that? No logs appear. (However, our service workers logs do appear under its own link). Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. When navigating to the application tab -> storage, the application URL is blank as well. (But correctly working serviceworker link) UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 11021.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36
