IDN not displayed correctly in interstitials

Steps:

1- Go to https://tést.badssl.com/
2- Click "Advanced"

The domain name in the Advanced section is the punycode version (xn--tst-bma.badssl.com) whereas the main section shows unicode. The advanced section should match the main section.

Saw this when going through uses of GURL::host() which I think is related? https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/components/ssl_errors/error_info.cc?l=43

Very much so. We should probably change all uses of request_url.host in that file.
