make sure go webview bots is actually running webview

"I think it might be worth checking that the Go webview bot is actually running Webview. I'm trying to fix the bug where disables on Nexus 5s also disable 5X and discovered that the Go webview bot is the Webview bot where the dummy benchmark successfully runs. That just seems fishy to me."
