What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a page with an OOPIF iframe
(2) Open the inspector
(3) Select the element selector and highlight the OOPIF, then outside the OOPIF.
What is the expected result?
The highlight in the OOPIF should go away.
What happens instead?
The highlight in the OOPIF stays (see screenshot).
