textarea lose cursor after selecting chinese paired quotes in 『Chinese Pinyin/10 key』keyboard

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. open http://www.google.com in chrome(ios version) 2. press searchbox to make it focus 3. then change the keyboard to 『Chinese (Simplified) - Pinyin/10 Key』keyboard 4. then press the “” symbol(please see the attach screenshot file), then the input lose focus and keyboard disappear and i cannot input anymore. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? after pressing “” symbol the input lose focus and user cannot input anymore except focus another element. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No ios safari also has this issue. Chrome version: 70.0.3538.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 12.1(16B92) Flash Version: if the description above not clear, please see the github description, https://github.com/facebook/react/issues/14213

This issue is reproducible on: App Versions: 70.0.3538.75, 71.0.3578.76 beta, 72.0.3626.0 canary Devices: iPhoneX, iPhone 8, iPhone 7 Plus iOS Versions: 11.4.1, 12.1 On choosing "" symbol from 'Chinese Pinyin/10 Key' keyboard, it gets unfocused and keyboard disappears.
