Dru: BT controller lost

Chrome Version: 71.0.3578.71 / 11151.45.0 

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1)Pair and connect BT devices
(2)Keep using the devices

Observed : After sometime the devices stop working and when i try to disable BT , it doesn't get disable. Now If reboot the system,the BT controller is lost

Pramod can you reproduce in Dev and provide the snoop logs when the issue occurs and provide dmesg log after it boots back up
