Determine if /async/newtab_mobile can be removed

As part of go/ntp-doodles it looks like the /async/newtab_mobile endpoint is no longer used to fetch doodle data. Instead both desktop and mobile use /async/ddljson via code in components/search_provider_logos.

Is it acceptable to turn off and remove /async/newtab_mobile from the NewTabPlugin?
