[WebXR on Windows] Automatable test case: Magic Window Mode

Project Member Reported by dbbrooks@chromium.org, Nov 29

Issue description

This is an automatable manual test case as determined by a manual test case review with Brian a couple weeks ago.

Manual Test case: Magic Window Mode

Test case steps:
1. Go to https://immersive-web.github.io/webxr-samples/positional-audio.html
2. Don’t enter VR.
3. Move headset around.
4. Verify environment adjusts to headset movement.
5. Move controllers in front of headset.
6. Verify controllers aren’t displayed in view.

Assigning to Bill since AFAIK this shouldn't require any additional infrastructure, just writing the test itself. Feel free to reassign to someone with more spare cycles.

This should just be a combination of asserting that setting the head pose like in https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/browser/vr/webxr_vr_frame_pose_browser_test.cc?q=waitgetpresenting&sq=package:chromium&dr=CSs&l=122 propagates to WebXR, and that no XRInputSources are present even with a controller attached?
