Chrome Version: 69, 70...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Work on your Dru device
(2) Screen intermittently gets unresponsive
(3) Power off / on and the screen works again

What is the expected result?
Responsive screen

What happens instead?
Device becomes unresponsive to touch commands at critical points inccluding password entry on login screen, activating the virtual keyboard and test input.
