Browser crashes loading YouTube video with DevTools open

Platform: 11021.56.0 (Official Build) stable-channel buddy

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open New Tab
2. Open Dev tools
3. Go to page with embedded YouTube video (https://jsfiddle.net/9krpsbhd/)

What is the expected behavior?
Browser shouldn't crash.

What went wrong?
Browser appears to crash whenever page loads embedded YouTube video with DevTools open.

I wasn't able to reproduce this crash on windows. I will try in a bit on Chrome OS.

I can't repro this on CrOS 72 or CrOS 69. Does it crash every time, or only sometimes? What panel was open in your devtools?

From the crash report, I'm suspecting something related to OOPIFs. @dgozman ptal?

This seems like an issue 802354, where we struggle with an easy repro case. Would be ideal to repro on CrOS, otherwise we are stuck at the same place.

It crashes every time. I've tried it with Console and Element panel open, both cause the crash.

I can reproduce the issue in Incognito as well.

No crashes since 72.0.3593.0. Probably fixed.
