Autofill popup overlays keyboard in landscape on Android

Chrome Version: 72.0.3625.0
OS: Android

Prerequisites: have a credential saved for a site (e.g. imdb.com).
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to imdb.com > Sign in > Create account.
(2) Rotate phone to landscape.
(3) Make sure the page is scrolled to the top. Tap on the new password field.

What is the expected result?
Field is scrolled into view and popup is displayed tied to the field.

What happens instead?
The popup overlays the keyboard and the field is not visible.

Note: this isn't 100% reproducible, so multiple tries might be needed.

Hi, two quick questions:

* What OS version is this?

* Can you check the state of AutofillRefreshStyleAndroid on chrome://version?

OS version: Android Pie, but Friedrich just said that he's seen this in JellyBean or KitKat before, although it only seemed to reproduce on the emulator at the time.

AutofillRefreshStyleAndroid is Disabled.
