One Chinese monospace font doesn't align with two latin characters

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.1.2 Safari/605.1.15

Steps to reproduce the problem:
VS Code Latest version for Windows 10

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Install Inconsolate font on windows 10
Set fontFamily to Inconsolate monospace

汉字

Two Chinese Characters should have the same length as four Latins, but not.

MACOS is working fine, while not for Windows 10.

Did this work before? No
