Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. https://jsfiddle.net/w0s4xmc0/54570/ open in Chrome 2. Drag and drop rectangle on bottom ones 3. Drag events only work on elements not above the iframe What is the expected behavior? If a solid pointer-events-consuming element is between the cursor and the cross-origin iframe, drag events are expected to be received as usual. What went wrong? Drag events will not be fired when cursor is above a cross-origin frame. The event behavior only works as expected if the in-between glasspane is solid and non-transparent. As soon as one single pixel of the frame is visible, the drag events stop working. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The drag events works fine in the following browsers: - IE 11.726.16299.0 - Edge 41.16299.726.0 - Firefox 63.0.3 - Vivali 2.1.1337.47, Chrome/70.0.3538.103
