Make find in page fuzzy

Reported by tonijarj...@gmail.com, Nov 28

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrogen
2. Type "hydrogen oxygen" in the finder (Ctrl + F)
3. Gives 0 results even though these two words show up often on the page.

What is the expected behavior?
Highlight instances of hydrogen and oxygen.

What went wrong?
Its annoying to use.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: Arch 4.19.4
Flash Version:

Components: UI>Browser>FindInPage

That sounds much more user-friendly than the current rigid historical behavior.
FWIW, we have to use extensions to fix it:
* Advanced Find on Page https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ccaikggmppdolhcehimngikgiafmdcep
* Regex Find-in-Page Tool https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fddffkdncgkkdjobemgbpojjeffmmofb
