Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: There is no way to get 100% reproduction of the problem. However you can try to reproduce it with the following steps: 1. Create a simple service worker without any logic. 2. Register the service worker in script on your page. 3. Open DevTools > Application > Service Workers section 4. Change code of the service worker. 5. Update the page. 6. Look at DevTools > Application > Service Workers. 7. Possibly you can see clones of service worker with empty sources and statuses, otherwise repeat steps 4,5. What is the expected behavior? DevTools shows only one service worker in DevTools > Application > Service Workers section. What went wrong? DevTools shows the original service worker and clones of the original service worker with empty source and status fields. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
